- If you do this regularly then you don't have migraine pain.

- It's good for less physical activity and over or less eating problems.
- It also helps with eye side problem.
How to do-
- First, you need a carped or a mat to sit-down.
- Take a deep breath and relax.
- It controls sugar levels.
- Now close your one nostril(hole of the nose) with your one finger and out with another one.
- Now breath in with another one and out with another.
- Do this daily morning and evening for a good result.
- Doing it outdoors is better than indoor.
