How to do-

  • First, you need a carped or a mat to sit-down.

  • Sit-down in Kamal Ashan.

Benefits of Anulom Vilom Pranayam.

  • Take a deep breath and relax.

  • It controls sugar levels.

  • Now close your one nostril(hole of the nose) with your one finger and out with another one.

  • Now breath in with another one and out with another.

  • Do this 5 min to 20 min.

  • Do this daily morning and evening for a good result.

  • Doing it outdoors is better than indoor.
